135 Earn Degrees at LSU Health New Orleans in December

One hundred thirty-five students in five LSU Health New Orleans schools received their diplomas in December 2017.

LSU Health New Orleans School of Nursing graduates were honored at an Awards Program on December 14, 2017, at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre for the Performing Arts. Elizabeth Marie Edwards was among the nursing graduates. Governor John Bel Edwards, who attended the ceremony, is her uncle.

Taking top honors were Caitlin Marie Zaffuto, Valedictorian, and Carrie Lear Milner, Salutatorian and Dean’s Award recipient.

Graduating with honors were: Magna Cum laude - Carrie Lear Milner, Caitlin Marie Zaffuto; Cum laude - Kaela Michelle Brand, Kylie Dayn Dinoso, Alyssa Nicole Rose.
